The 2025 Sakura Festival will take place Saturday, April 5, 2025
Join us for the 2024 Downtown Akron Sakura Festival, presented by Downtown Akron Partnership. We’ll celebrate the 450+ cherry blossom trees that bloom along the Towpath Trail in downtown Akron and Ohio & Erie Canal Park, with activations at multiple points along the trail.
We will be making kites in the parking lot of the Spaghetti Warehouse, 510 S Main St bldg. 33, Akron, OH 44311

| 10:30 AM | Vendor Load In Begins: You may arrive anytime after 10:30 AM PRIOR TO 12:00 PM.
Please look over the attached diagram and below instructions carefully. Please check in with the vendor contact listed below when you arrive. |

| Load In | To unload, you may drive your vehicle SLOWLY into the event footprint. Please see instructions attached.
NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE FOOTPRINT FROM 12:00-7:15 PM FOR SAFETY. Check in with a DAP staff member and we can direct you to your spot. After unloading your items and dropping them at your assigned spot, we ask that you please move your vehicle BEFORE setting up. This allows everyone to set up without blocking walk paths, etc. Please confirm your understanding. |
| Equipment | We will be providing what was written in your Square contract. You are responsible for all other equipment you may need. You are welcome to bring additional tables, chairs and supplies to suit your needs.
If you would like to bring a canopy or tent, you are REQUIRED to bring tent weights; NO STAKES ARE ALLOWED. |

Come find me at the Downtown Akron Sakura Festival on Saturday, April 5 from 1 to 8 pm. I’ll be there with other vendors for an afternoon of fun, food, music, performers, crafts, and more than 450 beautiful Japanese Cherry Blossom Trees that will (hopefully) be in full bloom.
