Hi there,
My name is Derek Schroeder and I am the Community Services Director for the City of Beachwood. We are hosting our annual Juneteenth event at the Beachwood High School Football Stadium on Thursday June 19th. This free community festival has become very popular over the years with 800+ attendees. This year will be our first time using the giant football stadium as our venue.
We thought it might be a great opportunity to add kites to our event.
10+ years ago I worked with a kite group when I worked for the City of Twinsburg. The company had a kite making booth during the event and also had some professional kite flyers put on some demos during an event.
